Scrapper’s Paradise QAL Coming Soon!

I’m excited to announce a new quilt along coming in March 2019! Join me in using up scraps, pre-cuts and yardage lying around that need to be used. We’re making the Scrapper’s Paradise Quilt! This is my first time hosting a sew along and I’m thrilled to announce I have so many incredible sponsors offering their support, goods and services to participants! The #ScrappersParadiseQAL will start March 17 and last 8 weeks (until May 11). I am currently updating the pattern to add some additional information on how best to use pre-cuts for this project. Once the pattern is updated, I’ll let everyone know – and best of all, I’ll discount it for participants! Start gathering and sorting scraps, thinking about color schemes and getting those rotary cutters warmed up for this fun journey! Sign ups will be available later this month! The Scrapper’s Paradise is a confident beginner-friendly pattern! It’s comprised of basic squares and half-square triangles. If you have any questions or

Pattern Release: Excavator Quilt

My latest pattern #Excavator Quilt is now available in my Etsy shop ( grab your copy here !) This pattern was born out of a need to make a quilt that would appeal to my brother! I used BasicGrey’s Grunge fabrics from Moda Fabrics because it has the perfect “constructiony” feel to me. The pattern includes images from the original quilt using orange, tan, black and grey Grunge fabrics. I also recently made another version using yellow, cream, black and grey Grunge fabrics too that is currently at the longarmers! The pattern offers fabric requirements for scraps and for yardage. As a pixelated quilt, scraps will add another dimension and give you a unique texture. You can also take a minute to read more about the inspiration behind this quilt . The pattern is for a 76” x 60” quilt – when you orient it to display the excavator. You can turn it while snuggling for maximum length use. As I do with all my patterns, I encourage you to customize it to make it your own! I’d love to hear
